Grilled Salmon (Sesame Crusted)

Wild Salmon prepared with a black sesame crust or simply grilled, over vanilla-marinated, mandolined watermelon radishes; accompanied by fluffy wild rice and Epicured’s velvety Carrot Purée. This dish is high in Vitamins A and B12 and Is a good source of Zinc, Iron, Magnesium, Fiber and Potassium.
